REF: 1 SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT
• Ability to use 3D modeling and rendering programs
• Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills
• Experience in working on complex, large-scale projects
• Experience in managing the communications between the consultants and the client
• The ideal candidate will have over five / ten years of experience and be driven to succeed
REF:2 SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
• Ability to use 3D modeling and rendering programs
• Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills
• Experience in working on complex, large-scale projects
• Experience in managing the communications between the consultants and the client
• The ideal candidate will have over five / ten years of experience and be driven to succeed
REF:3 PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
• Manage all the phases of design projects,
• Manage the preparation of proposals in detail and manage the contracts made with clients and service providers,
• Quality control management in different applications and executions,
• Track planning and allowances,
• Manage the scope of project requirements, available budget, and required project timeframe,
• Help develop project scope, schedule, and budgetary estimate,
• Manage the resources such as time, money, and equipment which are required to complete the project,
• Review & follow up the project schedule with senior management,
• Coordinate the internal and external process throughout the project plan by the targeted quality and budget within the estimated time,
• Support business development phases.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Must have a minimum of 10 years and above professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills Proficiency in Project Management software
• Multinational experience is preferred Experience in ERP (SAP or Axapta software)
