Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans.

· Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.

· Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

· Inspecting and surveying the site.

· Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and colour coordination.

Job Requirements:

· Should have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural Design.

· Proficient in Auto Cad, SketchUp, 3D Max, Vray, Photoshop and other design programs.

· Excellent portfolio of previous works.

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

· Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.

· Knowledge and experience about materials and finishes and ability to specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

· Proven 1 or more years working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
