In the course of the Cultural Days of the European Central Bank 2008 which mark the tenth anniversary of the European Central Bank, as part of the series "European Excellence", Deutsches Architekturmuseum, Istituto Italiano di Cultura and Institut Français Frankfurt organizes the talk between Massimiliano Fuksas und Rudy Ricciotti. The language of the event is French and Italian. Translation into German is available and admission is free.

Massimiliano Fuksas, born 1944 in Rome, is operating worldwide as architect and urban planner. He was director of the VIIth Venice Biennal, and he is member of the world's most important architecture academies. In Frankfurt his MAB Zeil project is emerging. He designed the Armani-Concept Store for Ginza, Tokyo, the Ferrari Headquarters in Maranello, the International Trade Center Pudong, Shanghai and the New Fair Milan.

Rudy Ricciotti, born 1952 in Algiers, has been working as architect with his own studio since 1980. An important focus of his works is in the cultural sector. Some of his best known projects are the conversion of the monastery remains Abaye de Montmajour, Arles, to an exhibition center and the construction of the Museum for Contemporary Art in Avignon. In 2006 he was awarded with the Grand Prix national de l'Architecture.
